UPDATE 08/08/18 This outlet was giving me a headache at work. I built a dashboard on a customer's car. I tried to turn the screw in and it fell deep into the dashboard's neutral zone. The magnet was too weak. No big deal, right? I just use a spare screw. Well, as soon as I finished work, I rode it and heard it roll. Now I had to disassemble a bit to loosen the screw. (And I was careful knowing how weak the magnet is) just gave me a headache. The magnet is not very strong. But it was enough to hold the nut/bolt/screw in place if you were very careful. I used stronger magnetic heads. In my experience, magnetic tools can vary. So don't discount it. It's still a lot cheaper than buying a tool cart at work.
