I like that they do not cut into my skin in and I have no fear of them breaking as I do with other stretchy bands as they age.Because of the comfort of these bands it’s easier to maintain a consistent tension throughout the action of the exercise.There is not the wider range of stretch that a traditional rubber tension has.Best for leg and thigh work
