WARNING: Contains silicones as a key ingredient

I bought this shampoo based on reviews, not the ingredient list. There are only 7 ingredients on the list and 2 of them are silicones. The third ingredient listed after water is Dimethicone, a WATER-INSOLUTE silicone. I repeat. THIRD INGREDIENTS! Water-insoluble silicones coat the hair and prevent natural oils and nourishing conditioners from penetrating the hair shaft. Dimethicone is difficult to wash out of the hair - for this you need a shampoo with SULFATE. This shampoo boasts that it is NO SULFATE so you are tricked into using a product that is bad for your hair. The fourth ingredient on the list is amodimethicone, a water-soluble silicone, but do you really need it for your hair? Well, no wonder - it's loaded with silicone! Well, some genius created this monster with cheap additives and an intoxicating scent to lure people in. Now I'm wondering if it contains sulfates.
