Works well over rated thickness for ugly cuts. Old-school burnt welds in the cavity between two Schedule 80 pipes weren't as clean as oxy-fuel, but did the job. Very good clean cuts within parameters, just make sure you use correct air pressure and consumable size. The supplied water trap and controller are a real Mickey Mouse. Just throw them away because I'm sure by the time you feel the need to buy a plasma cutter you already have the right oil and water traps and a regulator on your compressor. Buy solid value. And I stress test everything on the first day of ownership.
