This is a nice compact white noise generator. Includes power cord and charger. It's about 4 1/2 inches in diameter, slightly wider than a CD, and 2 1/2 inches high. There are 4 non-slip rubber feet on the bottom. There is a switch on the back that allows you to set 30 or 60 minutes or infinite. It also has a headphone jack. Video 4:53 above is an example of each of the sounds and shows how the buttons work. I find some noises a bit annoying, but to each their own. Some might relax to the repeated loud sounds of birds, a long tone, or the ticking of a clock, but I definitely won't pick them. Perhaps using it for background noise during the day would be appropriate. There are no crickets in it, which surprised me. The volume buttons work well, the sound clarity is quite decent. When switched on, the last used settings are restored. This car has no battery. I would love to take it on a hike and the battery would make it really portable. A charging cable is listed in the description, which makes it rechargeable. It should be the power cable, not the charging cable, to avoid confusion. The description also says it has a night light, but I think it's about the light on the front that shows the audio settings. There is no way to turn off this light when you don't need it. Aside from being non-rechargeable and having some really weird white noise sounds, I love this white noise generator. It is easy to use and has good sound clarity.
