First off, they're not heated. Obviously. So don't listen to the complaints. But listen to this. they don't really hold up. As a welder/pipe fitter that works in the rockies and in the snow and cold all day, you don't want these. If you're walking your dog on a cold night then sure. But if you are looking for something to depend on keeping your feet warm for 10 hours in steel toe boots then just buy some REAL heated socks with a battery. Because these don't make the cut. Welding usually means hot hands. But when you wear mucks for 10 hours a day, you want warm feet too. these are almost a little better than wearing 2 pairs of socks. The fact that they advertise these the way they do has suburban dad that walks his wife's Yorkie around the block plastered all over them.P.S. I was given these. I would never buy this for myself.
