The earned stars represent the improved experience of the item!

The product is a refurbished item with a few small scratches visible at arm's length which did not bother me. The problem was that there were no earplugs that would fit me. Of the six pairs of earplugs offered, only five were in the box. The smaller of the two mids was missing, so I couldn't get any noticeable bass response. They sounded very tinny and I only like moderate bass.
