I like the power and the big bats and that's it! The power buttons are confusing and keep turning on and off. Their placement is where you naturally want to keep the mixer. Since these are buttons that are very sensitive, they are accidentally pressed when using the mixer. The power cord is on the side closer to the bottom of the blender so it feeds into the bowl while blending. Poor design and added weight make this blender undesirable. I would return it if I didn't get rid of the box. I will definitely go to ebay!
