Bought these to have for when our power occasionally goes out during storms since the last time it happened, it got old fast holding flashlights for everything. These are small and don’t take up a ton of space and I liked that you got multiple for a lower cost so we could set them in other rooms where we need light. You can adjust their brightness by moving them up and down. I’ve only tried one for a few minutes but found it to be very bright. Don’t know how long batteries will last but they seem well made. The little handles would make them easy enough to clip up with a carabiner if needed. These would work well for camping and for keeping in emergency kits. I don’t know why but I thought they would come with batteries but they didn’t, but that was my mistake Since I think the listing states they don’t. They’re smaller than the traditional lanterns which I like as it makes them a lot easier to store away (though they’d still be heavy to carry if you’re planning to use them for backpacking or hiking since they are metal abs I’d not recommend them for that)! It would be cool if they had an option to recharge them by plugging them in and to switch to battery power when needed, but for the price, these are nice enough for my occasional needs!
