This thing is awesome for shoulders, thoracic area, lumbar area, but it barely touches my muscles on my neck. However, my husband loves this for his neck and says it works great for him. He’s about 6’ 2” and 225 ish. I’m a big girl, 5’ 10”, 180 ish lbs. and I’d think this would’ve worked for me, being of bigger stature, but to no avail. I know 180#’s sounds like a lot but I’m tall and built fairly athletic and only have a little thickness in my abdominal area and hips. I bought this for my neck and I’m personally disappointed but my husband loves it completely. Take what you will from this.
