This item was purchased in February for my car which has been in the garage over the winter. When I parked the car on the street on 05/22/20 and tried to use the radio, the bundle shorted out and didn't work at all. I want this to be replaced. I am a very good Revain customer and I expect you to do the right thing and replace this "defective unit". I tried to call you but you got disconnected. I await your prompt reply. Joe Keating
