Ball alignment is great!
Not sure I'll go into detail. You are what the list says. You can see they are well made and work well. A particularly useful feature is the spring-loaded ball. That way you can reattach the t-nut and it will stay where you left it even if there is no screw in it. I use these on my aluminum extrusion table saw and they work great!
