The ability to see what our users are seeing, when they are seeing it and how long they are spending within each site. I love that we can see where our users are coming from and how they are finding us! It has been very helpful in understanding what our users are looking at and when they are doing so. We are definitely able to see trends in our data and adjust to that knowledge. Sometimes it takes a few weeks for the analytics to show up. There isn't anything that I dislike about this product. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me! I am happy with the results that we are getting out of this tool.
