I will buy puffs regularly because they are the source of crunch in an often non-crisp (keto) world. Recipe: Equal parts melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, and sweetener of choice (I used monk fruit powder with erythritol). I actually put a little less sweetener than the other parts. Add some vanilla and a pinch of salt and you have melted chocolate. Now mix these puffs up, spread them out on parchment paper on a baking sheet and pop them in the freezer for 30 minutes. Chop everything up and store in a bag in the freezer. Now you have fat bombs (keto) with protein (puffs) that you can munch on as much as you want. No more missing crispy Nestlé bars. Pro tip: Toss sugar-free jelly with half and half, pour onto another baking sheet, and toss in freezer for the same amount of time. Now you can scoop ice cream (how it tastes) with your candy bars. Ketoists beware, there are definitely carbs in this part (but it's worth it). Have fun with your PUFFS!
