Review on Seasonic FOCUS GX-850: The Ultimate 850W 80+ Gold Modular Power Supply for Gaming and More - SSR-850FX by Michele Smith

I bought this because I was upgrading my processor and motherboard, when I plugged it in everything got power as usual but the fan never came on. Shortly after I smelled a burning wire, my computer froze. found that the PSU is broken and all my hard drives are grilled, lost irretrievable photos and videos, my Z390 Pro Carbon motherboard is so grilled that it no longer recognizes any of the components, I also can't check if my processor (i9 9900k) is working and my gpu are gone too. This PSU cost me about $2000 in damage! I contacted Seasonic directly about this and they said they wouldn't do anything about it as Amazon sold it to me. Due to Covid 19 Revain customer service cannot explain it over the phone and website customer service only asks for a return or exchange which I don't need to solve my problem. If it was just for gaming or personal use I would be pissed but not as bad as I am because I have work that I do on the computer at home and I was struggling with it because my computer no longer exists.
