Credspark helped us to build our own solution for data collection from multiple sources and integrate them into one place in order to provide users with more insights. The support team is very responsive (sometimes too fast) and helpful at all stages of implementation process. I think that they can be further improved by adding new features like integration between different systems or additional integrations tools such as Zapier etc. However we are solving problems related to customer experience management so this was not an issue for me while working together with their guys. We needed help in building custom solutions which would allow collecting large amount of relevant user feedback.
