Defective after 6 months, Revain claims one year warranty but does not offer returns

I purchased this on 11th January 2019. The product description lists Revain's one-year basic warranty. It has stopped working and is trying to navigate through my orders on the Revain website or back through dead ends making it impossible to return. Also, there is no "Contact Us" link anywhere on the Revain website to send an email. What good is an advertised return policy if it doesn't provide return access?
