*REVIEW UPDATE* Best mug!

8/26/20 *REVIEW UPDATE* After I posted my dissatisfaction with the first mug delivered (I bought two), the seller contacted me via email to answer all my questions. You have uploaded the correct app to Google Play. The app has gotten a lot better and I had no trouble pairing the mug and updating the firmware. They also promised to launch additional charging pods over time. After a week of use, I can say that the S3 Pro is much better than the S3 I previously bought. The S3 Pro is much better built and holds more coffee! Being able to set the temperature from the front of the mug is a plus, but I've also complained about random temperature changes. The vendor said they would consider adding the ability to lock the front button to the app (great). I've also used Ember mugs and find the S3 Pro better than Ember and cheaper. Now I can highly recommend the S3 Pro Mug! ----- I bought two S3 cups a few years ago and they work great. I emailed Vsitoo about buying a second charging station for another room in my house. I was told they don't sell charging pods but they sent me in for a mug of their new S3 Pro project. New and improved, they said. I supported their project by buying two new mugs. I figured if they were as good as the old S3s I'd have two extra charging pods for the new cups. They said they would work. Well I received my first S3 Pro mug today and here are some issues that led to a 1 star rating. The new S3 Pro cup doesn't fit the S3 charging cradle as I've been told.2. The crappy guide suggests that you download the app from the Google Play Store by searching for Vsitoo. Nothing is listed for this name. Found in the questions here, you need to download the Jimi Pro app.3. The Jimi Pro app will open in a foreign language with no English selectable.4. Using their crappy manual, I was able to figure out which buttons to press. I've followed all the instructions to pair the mug with the app but to no avail. Tried many times and the app with bluetooth on and the mug never finds the mug. The cup itself looks well made. The button on the outside to change the temperature is very sensitive, so when you swipe it the temperature changes, which annoys me. Maybe this can be solved by blocking the button in the app, but I CAN'T GET THE APP WORKING! If you're considering buying this mug, you might want to wait to see if they fix the bugs. In the meantime I'll do my best and if all else fails I'll go back to my regular S3 mugs. Pretty sad since I've been a regular and regular customer of Vsitoo. Btw I emailed them about the app but no response to this review. I will update the rating when I get a satisfactory answer.
