It is easy to use, has many features which help me run my social media campaigns without having much technical knowledge of it's platform or API integration capabilities! I highly recommend this service if you are looking for an all in one solution that can handle your accounts across multiple platforms such as Facebook Messenger bot creation tools etc.. The customer support team could be improved upon at times although they do provide quick responses once we have identified our issue with them through their ticketing system (which helps immensely). You should definitely give coccoc account access consideration during sign up process by providing credit card info - otherwise there will always remain some doubt about whether its legit business/person behind website / app since no privacy policy available yet!! We wanted someone who would take care off us when using various apps but also make sure things go smoothly even after hours due lack resources from timezone difference between India & US teams so far working together :).
