Review on ☕️ High-Quality Bodum Chambord 3-Cup French Press Coffee Maker - Sleek Chrome Design with 12 oz Capacity by Justin Falker

Nice cup of joe in French presses

My wife recently decided to limit if not eliminate her coffee consumption, so the counter space occupied by our grinder, espresso maker and coffee maker is now included. for consideration. I usually stop on my way to work and grab a mug or buy one when I get there, but I couldn't bring myself to send all the coffee "gear" to the garage. When I brew a pot of filter coffee at the weekend, I'm the only one drinking from it and I'll have a cup or two and then pour out the rest. Enter the French press. I have used several of these in the past and have never had any complaints. All the ones I have used before were made by Bodum so I went with a different Bodum and went for the Chambord 3 cup. The first impression was that this thing was very small. Almost too small. After using it 3 or 4 times I got a good grind and found that it pours just the right amount to fill a larger coffee mug. I guess I didn't think about it too much and figured three cups would be enough, but that's three 4-ounce cups, not three full cups. I turned my Rancilio Rocky grinder on the coarsest setting and missed out on some fresh beans. The directions recommend 1 tablespoon for every 4 ounces of water, but I've found this results in a fairly strong coffee. I tried 2 tablespoons and found it perfect for my taste. Can I recommend them to a friend? Of course, if you have a good meat grinder. I've tried this with a knife grinder in the past, and a mix of fine and coarse grounds can give you a significant amount of what I would call "sediment" in your coffee and a noticeable amount of sediment at the bottom of yours Coffees leave cup. There are several manual grinders that coffee snobs recommend, such as the Hario Skerton. Most also seem to recommend installing a bearing upgrade kit. A good article on using the Presscam can be found here: [.]
