I like how easy it is to use it, it's not overly complicated so I'm never confused about what needs doing with my equipment, when it should be serviced etc. When you go to service an item there are so many options that can be confusing sometimes. Also the fact that you cannot mark up parts makes it harder if you need to do some work on your own equipment. I've used other companies such as this in the past but none of them compared to the ease of use and ability to track all of my equipment. It has allowed me to reduce downtime on my equipment which cuts down on losses.
