My speaker has a problem. 1) For some reason they won't connect to the UE Boom app on my phone. 2) Because I can't connect to the app, my speaker goes off every 15 minutes EXCEPT when I'm interacting with my speakers, which is half the time. I've unplugged this speaker too many times while listening to music, which is VERY annoying. I've tried to contact them twice and they don't answer so I'm stuck here with the speaker. Oh, and if you make the mistake of buying a speaker from this third party, they'll charge you $14 to return it. So you better buy a new one, please skip all the bullshit, I hope I save some of you from the same mistake I made. ALSO 3) The speaker makes this LOUD noise when you turn it on and off, was hoping to turn it off in the app but. I can't connect, so I believe this product is not at least 100% a real UE Boom. Maybe they changed the battery? And finally 4) when the volume is around 85%, one of the speakers is muted, probably because of the previous owner or something lol. But in general I don't feel recognized, so please spend your money on NEW AUTHENTIC. It's not like this. I will sell it and at least get some of my money back and list it HONESTLY not like they did here. almost looked like a scam. if only they would answer me!
