Sooo pretty and Luna Belle looks like a diva in her pink collar and oversized with 8 rows of bright and shiny rhinestones. The overall effect on their smooth jet black coat is stunning. The collar buckle feels solid and the ID/tag ring is a good weight. Cons: - Luna Belle has a 15 inch neck which I bought large, it's a bit big for her. I can't adjust the holes to make Bc smaller, that would ruin the scenery. The medium size is up to 38 cm, mostly 14.75 inches, so I thought about going up the size as I've read from other reviewers that it's on the small side. - It's not a perpetual collar, it doesn't look like it will be very durable. But the price is right, and if you want to wear it for a special occasion, temporarily, or your pet is a very obedient, gentle pet, then it will last a little longer. If your pet has a 15 inch neck I would order a medium size. You know you can adjust a few inches by drilling holes in the end of the collar. I don't want to return it because the shipping cost is half the cost of the collar. My girl is only 9 months old, maybe her neck is getting a little fatter and it will suit her better if it lasts that long. I will update. Overall this is a nice collar and looks expensive.
