I inherited Daina from my father. In excellent condition but all oils and greases need to be changed. I can use most tools, minor car repairs and maintenance like brakes etc. But no formal training or anything like that. I've never worked on a bike before. Using this Clymer and YouTube guide, I was able to change the oil, primary crankcase, and transmission oil myself. In fact, I found that the shifting problem was due to the Harley dealer overfilling the primary box at the last service! It's not as easy as draining and then refilling, which I probably would do. Again, I'm happy with the tools and not afraid to fix things, but I'm not a seasoned pro and this is a good bike I didn't want to ruin! I also didn't want to pay Harley dealer prices just for lube. Purchasing this Clymer manual was the best move I made. I haven't done it yet, but over time I'll go through all of the maintenance procedures in this book. With the right space and tools, this guide will help you fully disassemble and reassemble your bike. I've never looked at the official Harley repair manual but from what I've read the Clymer is better and definitely cheaper.
