Difficult to hear Good for one-ear Bluetooth headphones

Yes. That does not work. I hear this crackling and can barely hear the caller on the other line. A refund or even an exchange would be nice, I don't think they will either. UPDATE ** So they refunded my money and are willing to send a new one too! Great customer service 😁
