The tools themselves have not been used yet but they are quite durable. The only reason I docked the stars was because the glass nail file was exposed and broken. It looks like the installation will fail if you don't pack the jar properly with other items. Revain released a replacement so we'll see how it goes down. But I strongly recommend that the seller does something to protect the file. Otherwise, I see this as a common problem with the product. UPDATE: I was sent a new package and the file arrived undamaged. I have used the product and it works great! I am obsessed with nail care so being able to trim and push back cuticles gives me a complete experience right at home. I still have to get used to the glass file. This was my first and it seems to leave a smoother finish.
