GMRS High SWR Buyers Beware

I bought to install a GMRS repeater. The SWR is 1.88 at 462,600/467,600. I contacted Retivis directly and asked if there was a way to tune this antenna. The answer was simple: "Hello, MA02 does not turn on after verification. Excuse me. "1 star for misrepresenting the product and the SWR listed.
