Received this product for the first time and the plastic caps looked like they were being chewed by an animal and was missing the filter to cover the impeller. Decided it was anatomy and ordered a replacement. Exactly the same problem, but this time another elbow joint was missing. It is not easy to contact the manufacturer, their website is entirely in Chinese. No quality control, no way for customers to get their hands on them. Complete garbage!
