Review on Aviva Satin Silver, 2-Chamber, Enhanced Living Products by Mary Walters

This dispenser fits perfectly in my shower alcove and will hopefully solve my problem with a pile of half empty shampoos and conditioners in the shower . When I originally installed this, the conditioner dispenser didn't work - nothing came out. I emailed the seller and they said they couldn't find my order (I think the seller changed the item) but it came with a lifetime warranty so I should just call the company (Better Living 1-866 -431). -6723). I thought of course. and I'm not going anywhere. Well I was wrong. I called and someone answered right away (yes, a real person). The lady said they could send me a new dispenser - "no problem" - but she wanted me to try something first. She got me going to the dispenser and blocking the spout with my finger, then pressing on the pump and while holding part of the pump take my finger off the spout - and yes it worked! I know the instructions say to do it the other way around, but my advice would be if that doesn't work, just try as I was instructed. It may also take 10-20 times to load. Anyway, very cool customer service. Now it works great :-)
