Review on Vallejo 8-Color Face/Skin Tones Paint Set (17ml): Achieve Flawless Skin Tones with Precision by Kelly Caballes

I bought this palette to enhance skin tones when painting miniatures. When I received them I was hesitant as others said it wasn't skin tones. We have to argue with someone else's assessment. If you assume that a single color is used when painting flesh, you are wrong. I worked with a wet palette and mixed colors to create smooth transitions. With only 4 colors I was able to mix a range of colors. 13 different levels to work and draw. I'm far from a master artist, but I have a feeling you'll be disappointed if you expect to use a color or two as your skin tone. This requires you to take some extra steps to blend the skin tones, but it's worth it.
