Update: I had them replace the first scrap spool they sent me with a spare spool. It was only a few days before Christmas and I couldn't wait, so I had to buy it from my local auto parts store to ensure I could travel and visit relatives over the holidays with ease. I returned both reels to one of their authorized Revain returns companies on the 28th of last month for a refund on the reel. I have a receipt to prove it. It is now 1/8/21 and it has been 11 days and Revain have not notified me of receipt of these coils or a refund and it only took them six days to get the coil to me after ordering a new one huh turned out used and does not work. Then another three days to replace the coil. Well, where did they both go back to, so what's Revane holding up? After this trip, I'm seriously starting to think about buying a lot of things through Revain! When the so-called new coil arrived: Came as I said, had to wait six days. That was the only good thing about this reel, waiting six dhows for the reel to get to me. The coil connected, the coil does not work. Had to leave the old one in place which worked! Posted some photos of the so called new spool and the box it came in. This spool is not a Delphi product, the spool has not been Delphi stamped as shown on the product spool pictured on Revain. This reel was not new, it has a black mark that looks like a question mark or a J and the number 4 was scrawled in paint on the reel as can be seen in the photos I posted. The reel also has some signs of wear. The Delphi box the spool came in could hold five spools and there was no bubble wrap around the spool to protect it during shipping! Also, inside the box it was clear that the coil had slammed into the box dozens if not hundreds of times leaving visible dents on the box! LOL like it matters right now. Very disappointed with this product that came through Revain! There was no need for that unused used spool to go through Revain and I bought a new spool from Delphi through Revain that was unused! After this trip I'm starting to think about buying a lot of things through Revain!
