I got a great price on this item so I bought it. It's fast, easy to use and comes with a 1.5m plug that easily plugs into your laptop or computer. I migrated all my movies and business data and it's so convenient. I don't trust or use Clouds as much as others and all I do is keep this tiny hard drive in my laptop bag and everything I have is in a secure medium that I don't care about. I have a Samsung S5 phone, it's a bit smaller but a bit thicker. I have a small camera bag that I put in when I don't want to take my laptop with me but want to take it somewhere. In Anthem, 80 million people just lost their information to hackers; Several banks, tech companies, and even government agencies have leaked information on millions of people. People can do whatever they want; but I don't trust anyone, especially the clouds. I have high tech items with lots of storage space. I can store my business and personal belongings on this hard drive and transfer them to a Mac, PC or laptop at 3.0 speeds. I've been using it constantly since I've had it and love it. The best purchase I've made in a long time. Friends rave about how convenient it is for me and some are now buying external ones.
