I ordered this pillow and it was great. It expanded and became fluffy in about an hour. Not too soft or too hard. I ordered a second one a week later and it hasn't expanded at all. The memory foam is flat on the inside which makes the pillow very lumpy. I waited 3 days and kept it in a cool dry place but it never stretched. Now it's an expensive pillow brick. Remember, if you order, it's going to be a crappy spin. If it works, great. If not, it's a $50 lesson.
