Review on 🌬️ Friedrich Chill Premier CCW15B10A Smart Air Conditioner - Wall & Window Unit, Mobile WiFi Control, White, Cooling Capacity 15,000 BTU by Eric Pruett

I purchased this Chill Premier AC unit from another seller in July but had to post here on Revain due to the experience I had trying to set it up and tried in vain Contact Friedrich technical support. I have a three year old 8000 BTU Chill model that works great. So when I needed something for a larger room, I chose Friedrich. In short, the remote control of this device is buggy and unreliable. WiFi (via their FriedrichGo app) just doesn't work despite hours of trying. (I work in IT, so it's not a lack of experience.) When I called Friedrich, I was put on hold for twenty minutes, despite being told I was the second caller, and then hung up entirely. When I tried again, I couldn't get through at all. There are many cheaper brands with the same BTU and EER. Save some money and buy an LG or Frigidaire.
