people complaining that it flakes off in small pieces, not applying enough product. You want it thin enough to dry, but don't think you can't take it off. Once it dries you can stretch your face like you're about to yawn really hard and this will help lift it up around the edges so you can pull it off. It's like peeling a boiled egg: if done right, the shell can be broken into a few large pieces, not a hundred small ones. :-) I love this mask and I'm glad I can find it online because it seems they aren't sold in big stores anymore.
