The camera was pretty easy to set up. It took a few attempts to connect to WiFi, but every device I've ever added this way requires multiple pairing attempts. Customer service was excellent, I used live chat to communicate with the support team. They were very patient and helpful. I had an issue with the wording telling you to create a password. The technician referred me and sent me a sample login password and from there he checked me multiple times to make sure the setup was complete and I had no more questions. I don't know what time zone they are in, but the support rep I chatted with didn't sleep with me until almost midnight. If you buy as many devices as I do that need tech support, I can tell you that the customer support is definitely excellent. I bought this camera because I bought a beach house in Mexico and it's concrete. There are no wires to run anywhere so it's just perfect, there are no wires so all you need is sunshine and a wifi connection and you're good to go.
