Review on 🛏️ King Size Wesley Collection: All-Season Reversible Striped Quilt Set with 2 Shams in Blue and Taupe by Darin Merriwether

Seems to be well made and definitely light, my problem is that the color fades a lot after one use. Bought this set for my living room. I needed a light duvet as this particular room tends to get warm - this set seems perfect for most of the year but I will probably add another duvet in a cold winter. I liked the pattern (I still do) and chose the navy/cream set as it's the color scheme for my guest room. I even bought a new set of navy blue sheets (from another brand) to match the bed set. When I first opened the packages I was delighted with how well the navy duvet and sheets matched. Then I washed everything to freshen it up before putting it to bed. Did the standard cold water setting and tumble dried on low. And to my surprise, the navy blue pattern on the bedspread and blankets has faded noticeably (and inconsistently). I tried to get a good shot showing the part that kept its full color and faded, but I'm not sure how well my camera captured it. I'm keeping the set because it's not expensive and I can work with the fading as the general scheme of the room includes denim, light treats and some browns, but if you really want the navy to stay this isn't the set .
