Runs true to size!: Trail running

I read a few reviews after I had already placed an order saying this shoe ran too big and why I thought I should send it back for a smaller size. Someone even said it was an inch longer. Well yes if you measure the shoe by the sole then it is longer than the average shoe but only because of the protruding heel. The fit in the shoe is absolutely true to size. I can't remember the last time I bought Adidas; maybe 20 years ago or so, I was more of a Nike customer. I am very happy with my purchase.
