Review on C2G 40634 Stereo Adapter Compliant by Andrea Bogenschutz

Maybe it did exactly what it was supposed to do, but it didn't work for me. I work in a call center and need my CSAs to overhear their phone calls. We recently had an update that affected speaker output. Now the customer's "Stereo" mode calls are played in one speaker (or earbuds in my case) and the DPS in the other. This makes it difficult for my CSAs to hear calls when the phones are slow because they can't wear an earbud in one ear and a headset in the other. I was hoping this would make this possible. It works but compresses the sound so much it's really hard to hear because it's so quiet.
