I can't believe I paid for it, the quality is disgusting.

I recently made a purchase on Amazon (now known as Ya. Market) and am in the process of submitting a return request; I am crossing my fingers that they would accept the return and not send me replacement components. The chair has a 5-year lifespan and a 1-year warranty that has 10 days left. I've had mechanical failures, and I wouldn't put any money on the same replacement components lasting for another year without some assurance. Not only did I not enjoy using this chair, but after purchasing one myself, I sat in a much more expensive chair with a friend and the difference in comfort level between the two chairs was night and day.

Pros

It looked like a natural choice at first, but I couldn't see any clear benefits.

Cons

Assembled without incident, albeit some screws required extra effort to snug. After a few months of hearing the cracking noise, residents apparently adjusted to it. - There aren't enough pillows, and the plastic back inserts occasionally dig in. - Almost a year later, the fastening on two wheels split, and if they are in the front, they come out continually, creating extreme discomfort and diverting attention from reinstalling them.
