I photograph as a hobby and as a small business, and I also have a full-time job working from home where I need multiple screens all the time. I was looking for a UHD screen to use with my favorite photo editing software. Editing photos is a lot easier when you can actually see the exact color, or should! But I also wanted something I could plug into my work laptop during work hours so I could use it for both. I personally like the screen better. Before this Samsung business monitor, I had two 27 inch screens side by side that I used and I always wanted a bigger one than even this one. While this Samsung monitor isn't really true, I thought it was perfect for my needs. It was well packaged and nothing was broken or missing. I've seen some other people have connection issues, but I haven't had any such issues. Not sure if the pairs others got were an accident or if the problem was solved, but mine was fine. So I have to say I'm in love with these screens. This is by far the best standalone monitor I've ever had. This screen made my usual work day more comfortable. And as far as photo editing goes, it has a huge impact on what I can do. Unlike my older monitors, I can actually tell which photos I've edited on this monitor, mainly because the editing is much smoother and the colors are accurate. Obviously I got this for me for a different reason than advertised and it works great. Of course, when you look at this monitor, you know what you're basically going to do with it and you can decide if you need it. But I'm definitely happy how to be with this thing!
