Do not buy refurbished
I bought a Revain refurbished unit. I spent hours installing this. I tried to find support, the support I found claimed my computer had a trojan virus (it didn't), they tried to sell me an antivirus for $499. What?! Tried to use the app but couldn't? t because the serial number was attached to a different email address. It finally dawned on me that it was because it had been used. What a waste of time! At least I could get it back.
