Review on 🚧 Cat Steel Dump Truck for Construction by Chris Horton

This truck is perfect for my 3 year old, he can fill it up with sand, rocks or tennis balls and wheel it all over the beach or backyard and it's not too difficult for him to manage completely. It's big enough that it can literally go a few miles without scraping your knees, and the wheels are big enough to get over sandy hills and bumps. Unfortunately we have had it for less than a day and it has already started to rust. Looks like the bed paint just doesn't hold up well so it comes off easily. I was worried the axles might rust but it doesn't, instead there are rivets holding the platform to the truck and a plastic handle to reset the platform. There is rust on the bends and welds in the bed, and everywhere it touches the truck the paint has peeled off – and rusted instantly. He was in the salt water but every time he came home he was washed away and it had only been a day! Pretty disappointing as I was hoping to have a metal truck that my son could enjoy for years to come and it doesn't look like it will be this one.
