Ballin on a budget: my feedback
For starters, It arrived damaged (one of the powders was completely deteriorated and left a mess over all of the other items that got shipped in the same order).The makeup itself is fine. Make sure you lay down a good base and set it, it budges immediately and is SUPER easy to remove (and super easy to accidentally wipe off throughout your day).I usually don’t have a problem with elf products and have loved their brow products in the past, but this one is not it.2/10 would not recommend, just use a nyx brow pencil instead of you need a good brow filler in this price range.
