Disappointed mixer Best in Bakeware

Everything is good except the hand mixer, the hand mixer is very weak and every time I use it I am disappointed with my mixer purchase. For example, another hand mixer takes 4 to 5 minutes to whip cream until stiff, but it takes 45 minutes! It also smells burnt! Some of the speed markings on the mixer are missing! It's really bad and made me exhausted!
