Cannot Charge Ratchet

The charger does not charge the battery. The tip of the charger does not fit the the area where the plug in hole is on the battery. It appears the charger has a smaller circumference than the circumference needed for the battery. Please provide a resolution or send the correct charger for the battery. Thank you.
