Will not serve its purpose.

Don't waste your money. It won't lift my dad's leg enough to keep it off the bed. The girth is good but the cushion is not thick or strong enough for good buoyancy. Part of the problem may be how it was packaged. It was unrolled and rolled into such a tight ball that it condensed and never returned to its original shape.
