Review on ComOps WFM by Daniel Jackson

The versatility of the software is what I believe has me really liking this software. There are so many functions to choose from that I can customize my computer exactly how I want it. There is nothing we dislike about this program at all. If we had anything negative at all it would be that the website updates might take a while. But overall my experience as been great. It's been easy for everyone in our office to use and there is nothing that we don't like about it. The benefits include everything. We're able to get all of the reporting done by ourselves without having to have another person come help us. There have been no problems yet with any employees. The Benefits include having better access to data. All of your reports are saved within the program which will not require hard copies of forms or other paperwork. This saves us money by not creating more paper work. It is a very user friendly and intuitive program. The reporting is excellent and the support is also excellent. I would like to see some more customization options for the program and more options for the reporting. We have been able to find everything that we need in the program, however, I would like to see some more customization options and more reporting options. It has helped us manage our workforce better and keep track of our employees.
