Bought these lights as a Christmas present and when I managed to hang them up in May as the weather warmed up the light lasted a full two days before the wire on one of the lights broke . As my return period was ending because I was waiting for the end of winter before hanging up these lights, I contacted the company to see if they could help me and if I could exchange the product for a new one. They told me to fix it myself or call an electrician and they refunded me $3 for my troubles. To fix this I had to remove the light because the broken connection was so close to the bulb that there wasn't enough wire. Before accepting the loan I had it repaired but the threading looked very bad due to the increased spacing between the lights because I had to remove it. I contacted customer service again, told them it didn't look good and again asked for an exchange of the product. They came back to me and offered me a $6 loan to fix the bad looking garlands. Broken. They wrote that they are out of stock, so they can't send anymore. I checked out Revain and was able to buy a new set there which was made by the same company that day and will be delivered by tomorrow. Obviously they had this product in stock. So not only did this company not endorse their product, they tried to buy and then kept lying to avoid sticking with their product. I would like to give them negative stars. What a terrible company and a terrible piece of junk. Stay away from this company and this product!
