These shorts are good for training but not as good as the others I've worn. The material is not my favorite. The material on the outer shorts isn't as breathable and doesn't feel as quick drying as other pairs I've worn. However, shades of gray look beautiful, especially when dry. The inner lining is nice but not as compressive as I would have liked. There is an inside pocket for a phone, which is convenient. The shorts also have side and back pockets, so there are plenty of options for storing things. The shorts are a bit longer and wider for my taste. They don't bother me, but I prefer tighter training shorts. Overall a good set for the price but a few things I would have liked could have been improved.
